Food / meat grinder attachment with shield

This listing is for a nice food / meat grinder with shield and other pieces shown.  I'm having some difficulties figuring out what this fits on.  If you can help me, please let me know.  Thanks.
Our home is smoke free and pet free, but I cannot guarantee that all items have always been in a smoke free and pet free environment.  I am sensitive to smoke smell and will note it when I notice it.  I do try to describe things as well as I can, but please don't hesitate to ask any questions.
